Spacers for the front with 18" huffs?

I am sure this question has been asked quite a few times. I just got myself some 8mm H&R spacers for the rear with the lip on the spacers so the Huffs hub will sit right on the spacer. I had a set of 5mm H&R spacers for the rear when I had my BBS back then. They don't have that extra lip on the spacer, and I know they don't make one with the 5mm. I put them on the fronts and they vibrate. What are you guys running on the front with stock 18" huffs?

I ran 10mm hubcentrics. Problem with some hubcentrics is the 45* bezel on the center bore of the hufs. They don't seat well on the spacer and vibrate unless the hub part is near conical to adapt to the huf. I could be wrong I'm sure if I am some one will let me know. Heres some pictures 16mm vibrate like crazy 10mm don't.
