i went to the unveiling of that new mini a couple months ago so i know what you're talking about
they're just higher than our cars.. but they're definitely roomier as far as passengers legroom and headroom is concerned..

I see like 5-6 'normal' Mini's to every 1 GTI in the Mid-Wilshire/Koreatown area of LA, and have started seeing the Countrymans in greater numbers lately. They are very comparable in size to the GTI, but they seem bigger for some reason. And, strictly subjective and all, but they are not good looking cars, whereas the regular Minis are handsome. 2 cents.

Test drove one last week for shits and giggles. This is my review it rides like crap it's way underpowered and the road noise is worse than an 87 vette. I was very disappointed.

I haven't driven one or anything, they look pretty good on the road. I will say that the size of the rear emblem is practically an oxymoron, a badge that large reading "MINI".
