RE: EXTENDED DSG WARRANTY - HELP ME OUT
I have a GTI built in the time frame. I bought my car used and just had a part snap in half in the tranny ($2500 worth of repairs). I've been trying to communicate with my dealer and with VW Canada to try and see if I have the extended warranty coverage. Neither seems to know anything about it. I'm wondering if someone would be willing to scan their letter and email it to me (with personal information redacted) so that I can show it to VW Canada and hopefully get them to understand what I'm talking about (I think my call is getting answered by a call center in Jamaica or something).
Any help would be AWESOME.
