R32 suspension on GTI

Will this work? I assume yes but never found a clear answer. They look identical but I want to make sure this is confirmed.

Physically, yes, they'll fit (springs, struts, shocks)

Spring rates and dampening will be different though since the R32 is heavier.

Swaybars are different though
