So my coolant light came on the other day. I check the tank and it's low so I refilled it. Come today when I was doing an oil change I double checked everything and noticed the radiator seams on the driver side are coming apart.... The car only has 49,xxx miles on it. Has people on here seen this problem?

I really want to hold out until 2015 for the new Golf R but I need a new clutch and other things too so now I am not sure I want to suck it up and hold out.

Am I going to be seeing many other problems? I still have a little while to go on my warranty if my water pump goes.

You still have a warranty, take it to the dealer.

No crystal ball, depends on how you drive, and take of it and then after that fate.

Sounds like a manufacturing issue on the radiator. Won't be covered under the powertrain warranty. Best bet is to buy a new radiator and install it your self. It's not too difficult.
