Part number of this part???

Hey guys,
as title says, I'm looking for part number of this part that seems like some kind of camshaft sensor, can I replace it as separate part?? As the connector on the top is broken and hanging by thread.

Just for info back in June, I purchased and installed an Engine Variable Timing Solenoid (N205 Valve) part number 06F109257C. I purchased it from EBay for $17.00 and it looked just like OEM and so for has worked like OEM.
