Just bought an 08 Rabbit S a few weeks ago. Absolutely love the car. I haven't owned a VW since 2000 when my 91 Passat was totaled when I was hit from behind. Previous VW was a 74 Super Beetle Convertible. Drove this car for 18 years. Got more for it in 1997 than I paid for it in 1982. Now I wish I bought a Rabbit sooner.
Car seems stock except for blacked-out wheels with red accents on cap, blacked out grill with red stripes and red pin stripes on the sides. One of the previous owners replaced the antenna mask with a drill bit. Radio reception is questionable. New mast waiting in box to be installed this weekend. Fixed broken headrest on passenger front seat last weekend. Otherwise the car appears new.
