After much debate in which direction I wanted to go with my R32 and going back and forth with wanting 18s or 19s and wanting a wheel with a lip or without, I decided weight reduction would be best. Crappy cell phone pic

Very clean! Don't drop it too much when you do lower it. An inch, inch 1/2 and you'd be golden.

Yeah, I'm still undecided if I want to go with coils or with a spring set up. All my VWs have been on coils and have all been low. I just don't see myself going low on the R. I'm debating KW V2 and H&R with bilsteins

All Golfs are on coils.... Coil overs?
All fronts are struts, there are adj height struts but a lower spring is all you prob need as I doubt anyone really fiddles and gets alignment done all the time.
