my black paint is starting to look faded.

i saw a brand new GTI and the paint was shiney and mine is dull.

my car has a few layers of wax on it and i think its dulled off.

anyone got any ideas?

You need to head down to Final Inspection at Brunswick st to see the light.

You may need to reassess your car care products but probably needs another claying & waxing.

And dont park in the sun every day if you can help it!

Different products will give different 'looks' to the finish, some tend to add depth but slightly dull the shine, some add heaps of shine but don't give a lot of depth. You're in the awesome position of living in Melbourne and being able to take yoru car down to Final Inspection and get great advice from a pro.
