Only people I see driving C class in Seattle are seniors. While I'm turning 40 this year, I'm not ready to be lumped into that bunch. I was looking at the GLK but so much demand here, used prices are high.

weird on the seniors... as at least out here, this is the 3 series equivalent junior/minimum level status symbol, so I see lots of young people as well as those in 40's and 50's driving them.

Same here, I think our car market is just bigger than yours most likely, thus some trickle over to MB as well.

My neighbors just bought a new C300 4matic, they are a 30-ish couple of medical professionals. The car looks pretty sharp, white with black roof.

I just priced mine out with "must haves" = 40k

Heated seats, HIDs, Sport Package, Pano Roof, Multi Media, Premium 1.

That is probably going to be in the low-end of the new S3 Sedan pricing (whenever that happens...)
