MK6 Exhaust onto MK5 GTI

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to fit the dual exhaust from the MK6 onto the MK5 GTI?

A guy on here and golfmk6, Grambles, did it. This isn't the original thread, but there's a parts list there for what you need if you wanted to do the rear diffuser as well.. Check it here. I'm not positive on exhaust hangers lining up.

It didn't list the type of exhaust that was used unfortunately. Just the bumper parts that I would need.
