SVs are awesome. Not "too beginner" for anyone, unless you are strictly a drag racer or road race for a living. Buy an SV, learn to really ride it, and get back to me in ten years when you have caught up to its capabilities. No one "needs" 150hp, in fact, I find that there is an inverse relationship between hp and fun in a street bike. YMMV.

Thanks man. I'm in love with this old bike! First real ride yesterday and it's just perfect. Torquey handles very well for its weight and that triple sound is intoxicating! It's also a very very unique bike as there are almost no triumphs in kc and that green creates smiles everywhere I go.

I was at a big local bike shop getting ready to leave when a Honda 919 pulled in. He looked and waited for me to start the engine then kinda did the chin drop thing when he heard it his bike sounded like a sewing machine so I can understand the shock.

I have a 2007 ZZR600 now. I love the bike. Was my first bike new in 2007 and I still like it today. Rode it to work today in fact.

Nice pickup on the Triumph. I have always liked them but the Daytona 675R is just pure sex.
