mfd info gets erased?

for some reason every time i shut off my car my mfd info (avg. econ, time, avg speed....) is reset to zero, i tried setting everything to factory setting but it didnt help.

anyone else having this problem?

Are you looking at the MFD 1 or 2? If you are looking at the average mpg or whatever, there will be a little 1 or 2 in the corner. If you hit OK on the steering wheel, it'll switch to the other one.

MFD 1 only records data for your current trip. It resets after your car has been off for over two hours.

MFD 2 records until you reset it (hold OK, I believe) or hits some limit (I think it's 100 hours or 10,000 miles).
