Reminds me of an old prank (never done it, but always heard of someone doing it) of going into a person's dorm room at uni while they were on holiday, sprinkling the carpet with grass seeds, watering, turning on the heater, and closing the door for the next couple of months. And hey presto, the victim needs to mow their carpet!
