Is it covered under warranty?

So I was removing my front license plate from my front bumper and it turns out when the dealership drilled holes to fasten the license plate they drilled through the plastic bracket and into my front bumper... I was wondering if I went to the dealership and presented their sh*ty drilling job, would they hand me over a new bumper. I realize this might be a long shot, but I don't want to pay for a new bumper for their mistake.

I've already tried that, and they wouldn't do it. Hell, they wouldnt even take the front license plate bracket off of my bumper for me when i asked. But hey, you can give it a shot. Maybe your dealer in texas will be a little better than my dealer in illinois, haha.
