Got my shift light here, just for kicks. It's got 3 wires that I have to connect.
1. black - Suitable ground
2. red - Switched and fused 12volt source
3. green - Connect to tach output lead or the switched side of the ignition coil.
Well I'm having a mate over to help me out, and I've tried googling and searching for forums. Looking for a schematic of the dash electronics/wires and behind it etc. I know I'm a noob no need pointing that out, just looking for the best way to approach this.
Btw if we're in over our heads I can call the cavalry.
(Btw if this is in the manual that came with the car, I left it back home and can't check it until tomorrow)
