How do you call these lights?

Seen this picture here and was wondering how you call these lights:w00t:
I think it's stock for US models

Is it possible to install these in an European Gti?

The yellow lights(inner ones) below is what we call city lights.

That is the "parking lamp". The car in the photo simply has "white" bulbs in place of the standard clear.

You should have the bulbs on your car. If yours don't light up at all, you should be able to activate them with a VAG-COM... or... If you open the rubber cover to the "flash to pass" highbeam bulb, you should be able to see a small bulb next to the highbeam, if not then it would require some wiring.

When the ignition's off, and you set the indicator to left or right, that's what we call parking light. Then there is just one (left or right) city light on.
