Highest offset we can have with a 9" wheel?

I was curious. Thinking of throwing a 9 up front and wanted to see if i could pull an et43 or something up front.

UG with a bosered Hood too, his specs are like 18x9.5 ET38 or something like that.

I tried mounting my 18x9 et44s up front, they hit the strut ever so slightly. Made a wonderful noise.
