HELP - boost loss!!!

Hi All

Having a problem with my 05 AXX GTI.

Mods are revo stg2, turboback, intake, w/m injection, neuspeed turbo discharge and intercooler pipe, had forge dv on but back to stock as i though that was causing my problem.

Anyways, Fully loaded in 5th or 6th boost ramps up to 22 odd PSI, but instead of slowly tapering down to 17-18PSI it lets go and drops to about 14PSI there is also a noticeble drop in power (verified on a dyno), sometimes with my foot flat in sixth i can hear a dumping noise !!!


Checked and rechecked all vac lines for leaks, could it be wastegate problem???

HELP ITS DRIVING ME UP THE WALL!!!

could be a faulty pcv...

.....put the F version pcv in the car a while back. But its been in for more than a year, so u might be onto something!

Check your PCV (front and back for good measure) and you might want to take apart your DV and clean it.
