Headlight problem

Has any one come across a situation where the front passenger headlight on a the mark v gti doesn't work all fuses have been change and relays in Engine compartment have been checked yet the light still won't work can anyone help

Do you have access to a scan tool that can look at the cecm J519 for any dtc that might prevent the Bi-Xenon Hid from coming on. With headlights turned on you should be seeing 12V+ on the T12 plug that connects to the headlights, you want to be seeing power on T12/6 of that plug, that is PIN6.

Try swapping the igniter from the other side and see if it works. If not, it could be a problem with the ballast.
