Headlight help?

So I am looking at new headlights that are HID and every single one of them says it is not compatible with stock HIDs. What the hell does this mean? Does that mean i can't just use the stock HID harness for the ballast?

Pretty sure OEM bulbs are D2S or H7.....this says those headlights have H1 bulbs. That might be the issue. I also suspect you may have some bulb-out issues without modification (from what I'm reading in the posting). And random question....what's the 3rd light for? Our cars already have one quasi-useless fixture LOL.

And yikes....10K color temp? That's super blue.....hope you realize that. Factory is somewhere around 4300K.
