I have a set of these with the same problem. Bolt covers gone. Had no luck with OSIR USA getting me a replacement.

Just an FYI.

They put me on a list that if they have any defected ones that I would be notified that there is a part.
Well being that I can cut the price down more if there is some one out there who is interested in it.
