Is the flange warped? How many cell cat? And is the flex pipe leaking? It looks like theres some soot on it...

It's not warped and there is no leaking. I can't say for sure how many cell the cat is. The picture is right off the car didn't clean it up at all. Think the car had a CV boot leak at one point which could account for some blackness.
