I know there are many northerners wanting to have this for the colder weather.

it is. however it's missing 2 pieces. people who did the stage 2 upgrade and in the north would want it. but you could also piece together the rest of the kit

oh. and as future reference to everyone, paypal has changed their fee policy! make sure you check it out. in a nutshell, even if you are sending money to each other, as long as it's a "purchase", paypal will deduct a 2.9%+.30 fee. If you select "personal" Paypal won't deduct anything, however they "warn" you that if you are using personal transfers for purchases, they can freeze your account/abilities. I don't know how they will ever check for that, but just letting everyone know!
