Ive cooked that several times as I am a big Alton Brown fan. That chicken is just too oily. The skin never renders all its fat. Im going to try taking it out of the oil for the final 30 minutes or finishing it on the grill. Or just doing skinless. The garlic cloves smeared on bread is great though.
