engine nosies

So I was driving today and started get a sqeal from idle to about 1500rpm...doesn't sound like sny belts and when removing the dip stick it stops...sound like a cam follower or something else. Oil was a little low but added some more but its still doing it. Any ideas?

This seems to make sense, how bad if I drive it for another day or 2? Will vw cover it by warranty and if i have a intake?

they should.. pcv coverd untill 120k now i believe

Just an update it was my pcv valve and it was covered. thanks guys
