Hi. When I turn the engine on cold start, it takes a little while. It's hard to describe, so I took a few videos

In the cabin, it feels like the engine is about to stall. I'm hoping it's not a fueling issue, which seems to be the main thorn in the FSI's side.
I am on stock tune, just changed plugs to NGK BKR7EIX, gapped to 0.032". Cam follower and engine oil was replaced 2k miles ago, fuel filter replaced 1k miles ago.
What can I do to diagnose this? Vagcom (I have cable) a possible solution?
