I'm trying to figure that out... So far Apple said they only refund if the App fails to download. Any content issues have to be taken up with the developer (they then send me to a non-existent web page on Dynolicious's site). I've filled in the "Support Form" there & haven't heard back yet.we get a refund if it doesnt work at all?
If you read through the iTunes/App Store reviews, you'll see that these aren't isolated issues. It's just that people are voting 5 stars even though the app doesn't fully work. (My personal biased guess is that it's all the developer's friends & car club members jacking the rating)
