Hey i just wanted to know if anyone knows or has done this before.
i have a r32 dsg and want to put it in my rabbit can this be done?

One - do you currently have automatic or stick?

Two - I'd bet the bolt pattern is different, and you would need to block off the rear power take off if it was.

Three - I'd also bet it won't talk to the engine ECU.

Get the DSG working with your 2.5, then AWD conversion (the R32 trans has the rear drive shaft output) and turbo... Track monster! :D

It would be a million times easier (and cheaper) to just sell the Rabbit and buy an R32.
