Dome Light Switch Question:

I recently purchased my 2007 GTI Fahrenheit and the interior light doesn't go on unless I push the switch in and hold it. I figure just that switch is bad, can it be changed easily or do I need a whole new dome console? It seems a shame to change the whole thing since everything else in it works fine.
