Coke, but it has to be diet and caffeine free. When you drink it for a long period of time and then try Pepsi, the difference is very noticeable.

Checking out some Aspartame (artificial sweetener) info online... it's strange. Medical authorities state there's nothing wrong with it yet some people with MS symptoms thinking they are about to die give up the Diet Coke/Pepsi and are suddenly ok again.

Have a read of Sugar Blues for more info on how sugar affects your heath - both physical and mental.

Either way as I'd rather drink water as Coke and Pepsi taste like malted battery acid.
