Changing subframe bolts, using jackstands OK?

I got the bolts to fix the clunking/popping but I've read a couple of posts that stated you should change them on a ramp. I was just wondering if it's OK to change the bolts using a jack and jackstands without throwing off the alignment of the subframe? I tried searching through other threads but no one has given a really clear answer, and was looking for advice. Thanks!

Anyone? I would hate to spend more money on an alignment for $5 worth of screws.

if you do them one at a time and support it some home shouldn't be an issue. I'm planning on having the tech change them for me next time I go in for an oil change.

I just changed them and it seems like the popping has stopped, hopefully for good.
