Car prob VCDS

Hi im wondering Why vcds doesnt remove my fault codes when I click on Clear all DTCs.
And other thing is why cant I see the check or uncheck box like this pic in long coding.

If you're using the Micro-CAN USB interface, you have to go into each module to clear faults. Only the HEX- interface supports clearing all DTCs at once.

Yeah I tried that and it worked, but one will not be erased and its
Address 19: CAN Gateway
1 Fault Found
01305 - Databus for Infotainment
004 - No Signal/Communication

But do anybody know why I cant see the check or uncheck box like this pic in long coding is it a bug?

Or can I change the value without seeing the uncheck or check box ? does it work?

And other thing. If I go to Adapation and clicking on coming home the module says error. does this mean that I cant active this function with long coding ?
