Car jerks

Ok so I had a new radiator put in. I had a p2570 code so radiator got replaced. But when I'm in low rpms and I build up speed around 2500 rpms it jerks/hesitates. I changed the fuel filter thinking it would help but it hasn't.. Im not getting and misfires or any codes. Anyone have any idea??

Sounds like a transmission issue.

I guess it would depend on the meaning of jerks. If we replace that with hesitation is sounds like a coil pack (2500 rpm range), which don't always make codes.
