Can't find links!

A couple days ago I was browsing threads and I came across one that had several links to sites including a link on ordering region specific german license plates. I forgot to save this thread and now I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

thanks peterrabbit, but that's not the one I was looking for. This one had a LIST o' links with approx. 3 of them for ordering euro tags! BTW, thx for calling me a kid!
