Yup. Should be fine. I mean you aren't going to get 20k miles out of those tires, but what really are you expecting with stretched tires and camber? I'd say 10k miles would be achievable
As said earlier, toe is what wears your tires more quickly than camber. But the more camber you have, the faster your tires will wear down. It will decrease the life of the tires substantially.
is it true you can adjust camber without buying camberplates? sorry if it sounds dumb but im a bit new in mk5. they say that the rear plates have a nut and you adjust different degrees of camber there.
