Bumped rear upper bumper :(

Ive bumped rear bumper with the park sensors on. so would like to know how to change this(has anyone imfo about repacing bumpers?) and how much it would cost. I thought about going through my car insurance but know my premium will go up loads

depends how bad is the damage, an would you consider a dif bumper, somethin after market. ECS Tuning is having a sale on there body parts.
