Boost Sensor (G31) code

So, I had this code for over 3 months now.
000568 - Manifold Pressure / Boost Sensor (G31)
P0238 - 001 - Signal too High

this is the only code present.

the car is in limp mode. rpm go over 3k
the boost sensor code comes on when the ignition is on. when I start the car, it throws the code for HPFP.
I clear the codes, and the G31 code immediately comes back again.
so far, I replaced the following and the problem still persists.
HPFP OEM
Boost Sensor (G31) OEM
Fuel Pressure Switch (located on fuel rail) OEM

My mechanic checked all the wiring and everything is fine.

Any thoughts?

You need to log the boost valves. I had a cc that we repin the wires that went to the ECM. The reading were intermittently wrong
