make sure all your wires have a positive connection, if everything else checks out, see if you can call awe and say you have a defective unit. if all else fails. buy a newsouth mechanical gauge..

The Eurojet electric gauge is cheaper and, for me, has performed beautifully.

Is there a hole for needle adjustment on the back of your gauge?

^ im going to check alittle later about the adjustment, however the needle doesn't move at all when the car is on whether driving or just reving.
