Blown DV?

im wondering if my dv is blown - i have the stock one on there (not sure which revision), but i'm asking because i just dont hear it anymore

i was chipped with apr stage 1 for about 5,000 miles and jus reflashed to stage 2 this past saturday ....

with the intake/stage1 tune the dv definitely got louder (specially going from 2nd into 3rd), but after i put the APR tbe and reflash to stage 2 i havent heard it anymore since then lol

ive tried to listen over the exhaust (which isnt annoyingly loud anyway), but i jus dont hear it anyway

not really sure how to tell if the dv's blown cause i havent done any gauges or vag com work whatsoever yet .... and there's no boost loss that my butt-dyno can pick up

or just pull it out and take a look... its not too much work to do so..

or get a boost gauge. good lord, another thread where having the ability to read a boost gauge was not present and now its a guessing game. get one.
