best amp for jl 12w6v2?

Just bought one of these subs and want to know what would be the best amp for this sub. My budget is $400.

I had two 10w6v2's with their 1000/1 monoblock so I would say get their 500/1 amp. They are a bit pricey but kickass

I actualy bought 2 jl 12w6v2's but my friend wants to buy one of them. Should I install both in a seal box with the alpine amp or install one?

I still want to have sum trunk space but I want the subs to be sound loud and clean which is why I want a sealed enclosure and thinking about keeping both subs.
