The ZCP(Comp pack) rack is marginally quicker, but the rack from the Z4M coupe is a direct swap into either option pack and is far better than either factory option.

If you do decide to get one, get one with a full service history including records of valve adjustments and recalls, as well as a solid PPI beforehand (not a dealer, indy shop that specializes in E46 M3's or has experience with them). They're by and large a solid car and I love mine, but they do have major known issues with subframe floor cracking, third gear synchros, and Vanos (variable valve timing) failures.
