I've wanted to do this for a long time. You have to replace the hard fuel lines that run across the top of the intake manifold... it's not as easy as replacing some little hose, bolt, or clip. If you look closely at both systems on cars you'll see the fuel hard lines run differently once they get close to the underside of the HPFP.
The switch would be quite expensive. Best luck will be to find someone parting out a newer 2.0T motor for individual parts (unlikely, I've been keeping my eye out) and get all needed parts from them.
BTW, it's not necessary to replace that bolt every time you remove it. Never replaced mine. It's a brass bolt so just be gentle with it and don't over tighten.
