Anyone hit 12 seconds?

Has anyone hit 12 second 1/4 mile on their mkv? Curious to now what the mods were. And if it's worth it.

ET on a FWD car sucks ass without a good driver and slicks. Look at trap speed instead.

That said, you can hit 12s easily with a K04 and good street tires.

All you need is a K04 (comprising not only the turbo but whatever you need to install it + a tune), summer tires, and driver. Boom, 12s.

You would of course also want upgraded clutch if 6mt, stiffer motor / trans mounts, upgraded suspension, better bushings, etc, but none of those things are strictly necessary at least for the first few runs :thumbsup:.

What's the estimated BEST that I can do with a K03 (stage 2) with intake and downpipe with radial tyres? I don't see myself upgrading fuel pump or going K04 any time soon.
