Anti Slippage ASR?

I have a 2006 gti mkv its automatic, and the problem im having is when i try to gun the car off the light or on a ramp enetering a highway the asr turns on, how do i turn off the asr? or how can i make the car from not doin that?

press the button in front of the coin/ashtray and behind your shifter.

Stop

Putting it into S will cause emergency "wedges" that will drive into the ground to stop the car if the brakes fail.

Exercise care with this, above about 30 mph the car can be flung way up into the sky!
