I've been with At&t Mobility (corporate store) since Oct. of '09 as a RSC and still am an RSC. I've been considering moving up to assistant manager or just staying as an RSC. The average salary at my store is about 60k (with great potential of achieving more just like any other sales/commission job.) If any of you don't mind me asking, whats your salary income suppose to be? What was your stores new and upgrade goal for the month of December (assuming December is the busiest for you as it is in my location). Mine was 60new with 160 ops.Our goal in February (slowest point of the year) was 15new with 55 ops. My store is open 7 days a week all year round except Christmas day and Thanksgiving.
Any and absolutely all help will be greatly appreciated!!
