Alignment question

Not too familiar nor comprehensive to camber, caster and toe adjustments and such, but I have a question. I am lowered on a H&R sport cup kit with the 2.2 drop in the front and after a little over a year the car is pulling to the left. Took it in for an alignment and they said nothing they can do as a camber kit is required to adjust the camber on the left. I have been reading the forums and still unclear on whether this is necessary as many are not using camber kits on slammed dubs.

Can my car be adjusted to drive straight without the kit or not?
BTW pretty normal tire wear...very slight inner tire wear on all. But 1 tire on the right side is wearing more than the others.
