Hi - my ACC has packed up. It’s the original domed radar. No obvious damage. Obviously VW main dealer want crazy money just to even look at it. I’ve attached the fault codes readout. Any suggestions gratefully received as by far my favourite feature of the car!

Your VCDS dongle is too old to read all the code properly, as can be seen in these messages:
Code:
[New feature! Extended UDS fault detail is only supported by current gen. interfaces]

I think you need to buy a newer dongle if you are going to diagnose more these modules.

Many thanks - it was my mechanic’s equipment- I don’t have the dongle. He did say it wasn’t the most up to date but hoped it might flag up some clues.

I mean looking at your issue at a high level, doesn't seem like your mechanic would be able to help anyways without the right equipment. If you determine you need a new ACC unit, that's a dealer visit or a visit to a garage with ODIS access and calibration equipment to re-calibrate and program the unit.

I've got a similar issue here. Hopefully the worst case is buying the flat one and re coding https://xenons4u.co.uk/5q0907561f-0203300447-radar-sensor.html
My local VW specialist wants £350 just to recalibrate but says it's a 90% fix rate. From below does anyone know if it's simply a realignment job?

And the voltage at terminal 15 thing, should this be 12v and maybe the 11 year old battery needs replacing?

Appreciate the advice

Eleven-years old? Get a new battery and make sure it's mated to the car. Then clear the faults and try the ACC.

What production year is your car? You seem to have a couple of faults that that are unrelated to the ACC. Did you clear all of the faults to see what comes back?

I’d have to check to be certain but I think 2013. I believe he did clear them but I’ll need to check that one with the guy who ran the scan

I've found having your own scanning equipment is required to avoid feeding a dealer. How much is the hourly labor rate at VW dealers there? My dealer charges USD 205.
