How worried should I be that the second owner bought it CPO and sold in 3 months, and the rear wheel bearing/hub was replaced and four wheels alignment done according to carfax? No accidents reported.

Wheel bearing is very common. I wouldnt worry about it. Theres seldom issues with UN chipped cars. It seems a lot of the issues are from heavily modded or chipped cars. The amount of fun youll have while driving makes up for it.

I wouldn't worry about it. The 09 with TSI engine are real reliable. Mine has 76,000 miles with the only issue being the intake manifold (replaced under warranty)
