My first VW was a 1983 silver GTI. Great car, once some initial electrical problems were fixed (lights only working on bright/horn going off intermittently).

I want to get a set of aspherical mirrors for my GTI. I have found most sets have the standard convex mirror for the right (passenger) side, but some have aspherical for both. Is there a difference on coverage angle between the 2 types and, if so, which has the wider view?
